Portraits during a pandemic
The outside world felt like it was on PAI ISE but I wanted to capture what was happening inside people’s homes. Always from 6 feet away, often from the other side of a window, I photographed our Bowen Island community in their home environments. The restriction in action and movement definitely made this project harder yet it felt even more rewarding when I was able to make a connection from such distance.
